Celebrate Green Seattle Day by removing invasive plants from the Burke-Gilman Trail. This will pave the way to plant native trees and shrubs. Seattle can be green without ivy and blackberries, this is you chance to help!
Time: 9AM – 1PM
Where to meet: NE 60th Street and Pullman access to the Burke-Gilman Trail. Signs will direct you to the site!
What to bring: Wear long pants, long sleeve shirt, and study shoes. Bring a water bottle and rain gear if appropriate
Address and directions to site: Going east on Sandpoint Way, go to the NEXT light after Childrens Hospital, turn left, cross the bridge and immediately turn right on to Pullman Ave. Drive Pullman to NE 60 St. Burke-Gillman access is to the east or right off of Pullman
Where to park: Park on Pullman Ave near NE 60th
