Join Margaret Thouless and friends in beating back ruthless blackberries as they try to re-emerge in our previously cleared area. The maintenance work is generally a little easier than the initial clearing.
Time: 9:30AM-12:30PM October 10, 2009
Where to meet: Meet at 5212 NE 60th and the Burke Gilman
What to bring: Wear weather appropriate clothes and sturdy shoes and bring a water bottle. We have gloves and tools.
Address and directions to site: Driving east on Sand Point Way fro University Village, turn left at the first light after the light at Children’s Hospital, cross the bridge and immediately turn right on to Pullman Ave NE.
Where to park: Find street parking at Pullman Ave and NE 60th St.
