Come & help keep Northgate wild! We’ll be removing invasive plants so our native ones can thrive & run riot, and then do some sheet mulching (before the thriving and rioting start!).
Time: 10:00am-1:00pm
Where to meet: Park Six is just east of Northgate Mall. Go to 5th Ave. NE & NE 104th St. NE 104th is a dead end. Walk into the park at 104th. You’ll see our group right after you cross the foot bridge.
What to bring: Dress for the weather. Leather gloves are nice if you have them. Bring a lunch if you like. We’ll provide snacks & beverages.
Address and directions to site: Use I-5 & take the Northgate exit. Go east on Northgate Way to 5th Ave. NE (just past the mall). Go south (right) to NE 104th ( a dead end just south of the Pacific Medical Center building). Park Six has no identifying signs! When you see trees, you’re there!
Where to park: If 104th is full you can use any side street or the south end of the mall parking lot.
