Burn GREEN CALORIES

Come to the Friends of Lincoln Park work part and burn up to 1000 calories in 3 hours of work!

Time: 9am-12pm

Meet at the kiosk in the north parking lot, across from Rose St.

If you miss us in the parking lot call my cell, (206) 464-1068

Dress in layers, ready for rain, sturdy shoes. Bring gloves and favorite ivy, holly, blackberry tools, but I'll have extras, if needed.

Bring a filled water bottle and don't forget your rain gear

Watch the weather. This is the time of the year when we have big wind storms. The work party is canceled if there are high wind warnings. Believe me, you don't want to be in the Park in a wind storm!
