Visit a little known beautiful 35 acre acre natural area. Enjoy views of Lake Washington. Remove invasive ivy and blackberry and plant native plants to restore natural balance. Declare victory at 1 PM until next month.
Time: 8:30 AM
Where to meet:
Hairpin turn at the intersection of 68th Ave S and Holyoke Way S.
What to bring:
Water bottle, sturdy shoes, and clothes that can get dirty.

Hairpin turn at the intersection of 68th Ave S and Holyoke Way S.
Go south on Rainer Ave. Turn right at 68th Ave S, which is just before the Lakeridge Park playfield. Go less than ΒΌ mile to the trailhead at the hairpin turn. There will be a canopy set up and a sign.
Where to park:
Limited parking available near the trailhead. Otherwise, park next to the Lakeridge Playfield, which is next to Rainier Ave, then walk along 68th Ave S to the trailhead.
